How the Daily Word Challenge Works

1. Look at today's scrambled letters and the hint text shown beneath them.
2. Type your answer into the box and submit it, or press Enter.
3. A correct answer ends the challenge straight away and shows your score for the day.
4. If the timer runs out before you solve it, the challenge ends for the day with no score.
5. Once finished - solved or not - come back after midnight for a brand new puzzle.

What Makes It Different

Unlike Word Scrambler, where you can play round after round, the Daily Word Challenge gives everyone the exact same single puzzle for the day. There's no difficulty to choose and no category - just one word, generated fresh for that calendar day, and one attempt at the clock. Once you've solved it or run out of time, that's it until the next one appears.

Solving the puzzle correctly earns a base amount of points, with a bonus for however much time you have left when you solve it, and a further bonus if you get the answer right on your very first attempt.
